I think i read that your chips are setup for standard CR. If i use .5 or 1mm oversized forged pistons what size MHG should i use to suit the CR of your chips.

I already have 1.3 MHG but should i buy a bigger MHG to get closer to standard C/R and running with Stage 3/18 PSI but only T28R

You should really get a custom map.
The S13 stage 3 ECU upgrade is for a standard engine with a T28 hybrid.

If you want to stick with the stage 3 ECU upgrade then go for a thick head gasket.
