Most likely it will not be Gatwick... something about loonies with live handgrenades doesnt sound pleasing. Most of the US flights go into the other one anyways.

Guys if you dont mind it would be cool to have two SX's meet us there since we all know how crampt the backseat is in our cars. After a 12+ hour flight I dont think anyone wants to be cramed back there.

They do direct flights from Houston Intercontinental to Gatwick, flight times about 10 hours (rufly, depending on winds e.t.c). Pretty cheap flights usually, though probably not during July...
