Anybody in the area found a way to pressurise the system to find leaks? Got the gear to do it still?

Fancy lending a helpless SXOCer a hand finding his leaks?

:) Pizza on offer as always, or your choice of other healthy takeaways.

Hi mate. You could try pm-ing mark (Justbutts) iirc he did the same as your trying to do a week or so back. . . If you need a hand i'm free sunday afternoon.

Done that ;)

He's usually a busy chap though, so if anybody else has the gear all help would be appreciated!

Sounds fun :)

Any idea what would be needed to search for leaks? Bung up both ends then pump it up with some kind of pump, listen for hissing

IIRC a d size battery, a aa battery and something big enough to block up the pipe that connects to throttlebody... dare i say it, do a search :wack:

need some way of pressurising the system, get it to a set pressure and see if it leaks out basically...

me cars dead at the mo, left the map light on all night  just charging battery now... then off out when it all works... hopefully its just the battery!
