Hi, some people have been showing interest in the Norwich meets starting up again so i've taken it upon myself to try and drum up some more interest, then, if i feel its not going to be a catastrophe then i'll start arranging a date, time, place etc.
Let me know if you're interested and any suggestions are more that welcome!

hey if you're interested a friend of mine has a pub about 20 mins from norwich centre with 2 fair sized gravel carparks and said he'd be fine with you using it as a venue for the meet. a few car clubs meet there during the month as its out of the way and has good space. the pub is called the ugly bug inn. If you let me know i can forward you his number and it can be sorted out.

I would pop along to see a few new faces :)
The old Norwich meets died out as it ended up with onyl me, Gary@APT and Hugh Janus. All of the old attendees are now members of www.bigpower.co.uk who have a monthly meet at Snetterton raceway. If the numbers look poor sign up there and come along to their meet. Plenty of Sx's usually in amongst a turn out of about 30 cars or so :thumbs:
come on you guys...need lil bit more interest....

If a meet gets organised (and I will keep an eye out for one) I will have to time my next visit to Norwich to coincide with it :thumbs:
quite possibly turbotim, was up there not to long ago disturbing the peace haha. anyone whose up for a little get together on the 15th, next sat, pm me and we can sort something out.

Its where i go for my other halfs skyline meets so i think we'd be more than welcome there. let me know what you guys think :thumbs:
dont take my word for it that this going to be a dencent meet(although i hope it is)... i just think it'll be worth a try!
depending on the time id most probably be there if you did it sunday 16th. got to get back to london for work on the monday but i usually dont leave till fairly late anyway so i miss the traffic :thumbs:

right, im not sure if im going to get on the net anymore before next sunday so i'll leave it at this. 1st norwich sxoc meet,sunday 16th september old ram inn @ tivetshall st mary (not too far from norwich, see map in previous post) 5pm?
count me in :thumbs: may not be there for too long but i shall definitley make an appearance before i head back to london. see you guys then :sxoc:

If my Splitfires turn up, I will have. Chances are very slim though :(

i have a set, but these came off mine when it developed a misfire it may turn out a couple of them are ok, your welcome to them if you want them to try
that would be ace mate if you could bring them. i think its just 1 thats failing so would be a great help. :thumbs:

hey guys im afraid i wont be able to make sunday :( the car is leaking from the head again:annoyed: , all that needs doing is the block decked but after spending £4500 on it already im not willing to put it back in the garage and pay out more money. selling it now to try and get back some of what i've spent and going to start a new project. hope you all have a great meet

Nooooooo mate. That is tragic, the fact you'll miss the meet but selling up too. Can't you remortgage the house like everyone else? :wack:
i wish, im only 20 lol. well p*ssed after doing the full low comp rebuild and new turbo in aswell to find this out, i already have my eye on another 200sx though and a 180sx if that falls through so either way il eventually be at a meet with 1 that works! lol

Shame if you do sell coz it looks a stunning car. At least you know where it's been - better the devil you know and all that.
im not that sensible lol, looking at another fully built one pushing high bhp. but all from a reputable company so hopefully no nasty suprises haha. ah well, we live and learn aye :)

Sorry i missed it. I was really looking forward to it then my father in law got back from Africa (via 10 other countries) and had to go and pick him up from norwich as she "didn't want to go on her own" :mad:
I promise i'll be along to the next 1 though or catch up with some peeps in yarmouth one weekend.

Im really gonna try and make it next week. Its just that I finish band practice in Norwich at 8 so its not really the best time for me :(
