I just posted, the board said I did it at 06:38, my watch said 09:00! It's not just a case of a few minutes anymore, it's getting silly! :)

at least in terms relative to itself it will be fixed very soon. For the rest of us with normal clocks/watches. It might be a while.:cool:

The server runs a pair of disks in a mirror - this is so that if one dies, the other disk will run the server until it's replaced.

Guess what - a disk died.

Not a problem, we have another on order.

Problem is that when the server checks to see if the disk has been replaced, the whole box freezes for a second, including the clock. The other problem is that it seems to do this check every few seconds.

Result: the server loses time - lots of it. Nothing we can do until the disk is replaced.
