hi all
im in need of help as the cavalier is of the road i need to fix the SX
today i fitted some new ds2500 pads to the rear of my car.
when taking the standard rear caliper apart i noticed that the top slider on the caliper carrier was stiff.
it tried to ease it off but to know avail, so low and behold as i drove into town the was a harsh burning smell amd smoke coming from the drivers side rear caliper.
since i got home i have tried turning the upper sprung loaded part of the caliper carrier and beat it really hard with a hammer but nothing is moving
does anybody near the bournemouth area have a drivers side rear caliper carrier i can purchase off them
