Hello guys i,m sure you have all seen the vid of my clutch is it possible i can purchase a new pressure plate for my rps max street organic. There clearly seems to be something a miss weather it be a driver or supplier issue. Maybe you nice people would supply f.o.c being my clutch is only 1,000 miles old.

Regards Paul

Hi Paul, as we discussed on the phone yesterday, that "disc" is an integrated part of the cover plate, a clutch comes as two parts, the friction disc, and the cover plate. Sorry but cover plates are not designed to be serviceable items, when it's worn out, you have to replace it. :(

It's not like a twin plate/triple plate where it's all seperate components....

OKay ben i still don,t understand why you can remove a part but it can,t be repalced. So my disc is fine so how much for the pressure plate.

Bon gave you the price for the pressure plate, £240. It's only available when attached to the rest of the unit known as the cover. The pressure plate alone isn't available to buy as without attaching it correctly to the cover it's useless, so pointless making it available on it's own.

lol, If I knew that much detail I'd order the materials and make them myself. Sadly life just isn't that ideal.

Bon will sort you :)
