advice on spark plugs

hi all recently join sxoc as i got my self a s14 as im given my s14 a good service all round just want advice on what brand of spark plugs to put in her id be very grateful if someone can put me on the right road

i'm using ngk bkr7eix @ the mo and they are doing well. my cars @ 1.2bar and not havin any probs wit the plugs.

in all honesty..
whatever nissan recommend, probably ngk platinums if your going to up the boost down gap them slightly and may be alter the heat range on them,,
all these wonderfull hks/denso/greddy/apexi/uncle bob's are no better than the ngk's imho..and are probably made by the ngk factory just badge'd different
