Just purchased your stage one chip, going to fit it myself. I have a good bit mechanical and electronic knowledge as im a small engine mechanic. Any advice would be most helpful.

Cool

Theres a fitting guide on my web site and instructions with the ECU upgrade. Take it slow and get the right tools for the job (decent soldering iron, solder sucker and braid) and you should be ok.

If you dont have a sucker or braid don't attempt to fit the ECU upgrade - you'll break the ECU, ECU upgrade or both. Braid is for absorbing excess solder.

Take the ecu and chip to your local eletrical shop/tv repair etc and get them to do solderer it in for you. It'll only cost about £15-£20 and save you a lot of hassle:nod: You can give them the link to Jez' website to show them where it goes etc:thumbs:
