Why do Motorists insist on slamming on there brakes everytime there is something out of the ordinary on the opposite carriageway. They cause a load of accidents last night.
Why is it that Merc and BMW drivers seem to think they are invincile to snow. I saw loads flying past me last night........ only to see them smashed into the central reservation a few minutes later :D
Think its the only time of the year that 4x4 owners have one over everyone else. Got 'slushed by one today' :mad: , everyone else in convoy on the clear lane of the A120 then splooooosh there goes a discovery doing about 50 in the slush on the other lane. W@nkers :mad: :mad: :mad:

FFS Can't we even say T0sser? :mad::rolleyes::D
I worked in the Czech Republic for 12 months, and it got down to -20 in the winter :eek: . Loads of snow and sheet ice under the snow everywhere, and me with a 2.0iS Sierra. Most of the locals drove around in old rear engine Skodas with knackered suspension (saw one driving with a fridge in the bonnet once, but that's a different story), the front of the car is about 2 fooot higher than the rear.
Anyway, these Skodas had immense grip pulling away, until they came to a junction, used the brakes and ploughed it into the buildings opposite the juction. Used to laugh like **** at them, cos they always took the piss out of me for driving at 10 mph, but I never hit mine once, even on sheet ice.
I don't think that countries that have snow every winter cope any better than us, they just expect to crash and get on with it :rolleyes:
4x4 driverrs are being too cockey thinking they are invinvcible in there mini tanks but most of the cars in ditches are range/land rovers
