Be looking soon to buy front & rear shocks for a standard s14, the back end seems to be 'jumping' a bit on certain road surfaces. Anyone know of the best outlet in South Wales to get them from?

Have a nose in the traders section mate

Or even in the for sale section if you don't mind used parts (used does not mean broken ;) ) you might be surprised at the cost of the uprated parts for sale on there.

Back end jumping about is not a good sign  get the rear up in the air and have a good check over all the bushes on the rear bed.

is it a 13 or 14 ?

 1996 s14, the car was standing for 20 months up until April when she was MOT'D. Don't remember her like she is now, seems all 'loose' and feel all the road bumps. I think Simon got her MOT'D up where Chris works in Merthyr after doing some work on her.
I'll give buypartsby.co a try tomorrow and get the bushes checked out as well

A couple of motor factors in Cardiff wanted over £300 for basic f + r shocks
