View Full Version : allignment in bristol
hello peeps
Anyone know of anywhere in bristol that does full allignment at a resonable price.
if there is a protyre in bristol go there. They only charge for what needs adjusting, Never paid more than £50-60 for mine @ glos protyre and that was after fitting coilovers and arms so lots of adjustments made.

Thats okay then, Glad to hear it.
I ve had me comfy coilovers (:ghey: I like my bones not to rattle as much as the interior) on for about 1000 miles now and today was the day to get the allignment done.
the car was stiffer and better than standard I had a leaky shock before the coilovers went on but i kind of had to hold on when i was driving it. On the motor way it was how can i put it....... "intresting"
Pro tyre were very professional (thanks pete and jon) it was all ass about tit on the sheet when it went in. The bloke said it was "Loads out mate"
I sat in the car and it felt loads better...... then I started the engine (it was freakin cold in reception. The air con was blasting out in there)
on a serious note though. Its now ace and i understand the suspension upgrade thing now. All for 84 notes (and another bucket load for coilovers LOL).
official Rory rating   yep, two thumbs good
glad you got it all sorted now then and that your happy with the cars handling.
Should of done it sooner really but I got told to let them settle in for a bit first. I was out seeing some friends last night and on the way home I caught up a lotus Elise he was stuck behind another car doing about 30. We both got past I thought I would just keep his pace, nothing silly, about 2 bends and he gone, its better but not that much! LOL. Not one for driving tales!!
Glad you're impressed - I only ever go to Protyre for tyres now, even though it's a half hour drive for me :)
I like them too, but they cant get 90 degree valves even though they fit bike tyres!:ghey:
