Hi there,

i got my car (s14a) set up properly with a consult at the weekend and is running much better now...but still getting a slight hesitation at high rpm:cry:

took the car for a blast and recorded the info on the consult and played it back to look for the problem and found when i get my hesatation at 5500-6000rpm the injector duty went up to 125-130% at 6000rpm and that is at 1.0 bar boost.

so was thinking ive got too much boost for the standard map?

could i send you my ecu to get a chip/remap to suit my spec or do you think i should get 555 injectors aswell to get the most out of my mods?

here is my spec:

blitz dsbc set to 1.0 bar
blitz/mongoose full exhaust with de-cats
stainless tubular manifold
stainless turbo elbo
hks racing suction intake with hard pipes
big fmic
walbro fuel pump
denso ik22 spark plugs
cometic steel head gasket
koyo racing radiator
lightweight flywheel
rps street max clutch
air con removed

Standard turbo and ecu and injectors.

Cheers.

You could go for a stage 1 ECU upgrade, but to get the most from your setup you'd need 555s and a stage 2 ECU upgrade.

A stage 1 upgrade is £199.99 inc fitting and stage 2 is £249.99 inc fitting. Injectors are £319.99 and o-rings are £9.99.

Let me know what you'd like to do :)
