IT Administrator - Sevenoaks, Kent.

Hello,

Just to let you know that are IT guy is about to leave our company and we are looking for a new chap.

We are based in Sevenoaks, Kent.

We are looking for a basic IT chap looking for his first start and who wants to gain some experience. We are a publishing company with a small IT budget.

Qualifications are not important just a willingness to learn and good computer knowledge. If you can repair/build PC's and keep a basic Nt4/Linux network up a running for 15-20 people then you are the person we need. A small amount of web updating would also be part of the job (this is a minor part though)

Salary: £12-15,000 (depending)

This is an ideal starting point for any IT bods.

I.T. Administrator,
We need someone with a basic but broad knowledge of general I.T. systems, both hardware and software. The right person will be trained to include knowledge of Linux, Windows NT server, html, etc.

Professional Experience is not necessary, but it is important that you have a working knowledge of computers and systems. We want someone who is enthusiastic hardworking and has an eagerness to learn on the job. You do require a good knowledge of Windows 98, Office products and PC architecture.

You will also be involved in web design and dealing with our Romania based web design team. One of your responsibilities will be the upkeep and the progress of uk sites .

Might be of interest to my brother.

He has an MCSE and is currently looking.

Any idea what travel from london would be like, Trains and stuff.

Geez!!! If your brother has an MCSE, shouldn't he be looking for a higher paid job? I don't have an MCSE, but I have lots of experience and I'm not really willing to take a job that doesn't pay more than £30k. Unless there are some very good benefits like stock options of course!!

Its just the point of trying to find a job, hes only got 8 months in it, so most companys don't want to know , even thou he as the MCSE.
