Just got my car back from the P3 service - decided to have the MOT done at the same time.
Anyway came to pay
"We put the car through the MOT and it was fine - just needed some new front wipers as they had split so we did that ok"
"That's funny because I changed them myself less than 2 weeks ago and they were fine this morning"
"mmm we'll knock that off the bill then"
"yeah"
Also charged me for the 'courtesy' litre of (cooking) oil they leave in the boot - but this time they didn't even leave it so I went back and got a refund on that as well.
One day I'll walk away with nothing to moan about - when that happens I'll have to find another garage - the fun will have gone !
