Car on fire at 16.20 on eastbound carrageway 1 mile before J16:eek:
It was hot and urning when i passed, fireengien going the wrong way (i suspect to turn around at j17)
Black smoke causing serious hazard both ways-might be worth avoiding if your about to leave:thumbs:
