has issues with me.
i mean everytime im in my car and its raining, usually when its a drizzle, it's a drizze and only need wipers on 5 sec interval thingy.
but when i start moving, i.e. going 30ish it gets harder but not so much that you need to turn up the rate of wipeage.
but its typical when that your doing 70 it rains really hard sometimes so hard you can't see much, even with the wipers on turbo mode!! so you slow down so you can see but then the rain "turns down" it's intensity and only need wipers on 5 sec interval again.
