just apply for everything in the sunday papers in his name and address, stuff like info about cosmetic surgery, catalogues, double glazing etc,

or set up a Spam Cannon.. very easy, just set up an E-Mail Addy very similar to His, then subscribe it to all sorts of news groups etc.... we once had one running that got over 300 mails a day in Esperanto, when it gets to several thousand spams forward the lot to him
