Did not get any pics of the process unfortunatly as i was just tuned into getting the job done.
Decided to fit my AVCR into the door vent with the minimum of fuss (ie no figreglassing). Was not a bad job really, just a bit of dismantling of the vent behind so just left with the door card part and then trimming it to fit the unit. Few bits of woods and screws behind, some black vinyl to cover the wood, velcro pads and bob's your uncle. Did not come out bad for a rush job. I was going to revisit it in the future to get it better but once it was in the car the fit was good and did not look like a bodge job at all.

Door card just needs a good clean as was in the garage covered in dust. Then again the interior of my car needs a good clean:wack:
