If you're ever thinking of using Tesco for insurance and get a quote online, KEEP HOLD of the PIN and FOLDER numbers.
I got a quote a couple of weeks back for a P reg S14 and it was £950 Fully Comp. I got a quote yesterday for an M reg S14 and it was £1150 Fully Comp!! WTF??? It had gone up £150 in a week or two!!
Sooooo, can you see where this is heading?? ;)
I recalled my previous quote for the P reg (valid for 3 months). Changed the details for the M reg and lo and behold it was still the old price of £950 :D Chuffed?? you could say so ;)
So, moral of the day, if you EVER get a quote from Tesco for ANY car, keep the details as it appears you can change the car at a later date and it uses the premiums from the time you got the quote, not the current date :)
Nice :)
