just checked know and i have it in my hand, it is from an s13 though and am not to sure it will fit.
but i do also have a metal on that fits a pulsar AFM, (have one i have been meaning to put on), that may fit.
Yu can have the plastic one if it is any good, or borrow the metal one as i will need it back whn i swap AFMs
can bring both to japfest if you like

Cheers for the reply mate. I think my flange plate was from an s13. I had to drill out some new holes, but it does fit in the end. If you could bring it along to japfest that would be great. If I sort anything out in the mean time I will let you know.
