here's a bit of info don't know if anyone wants to organise a club stand or something
As you know we will be holding the UK Modified Nationals 2003 at Shakespeare County Raceway, Stratford-upon-Avon. From May 30th to June 1st 2003. The gates open at 12 Noon Friday. As part of the weekend we will be including a Friday Night Cruise. The Entertainment kicks off for weekend ticket holders on the Friday Night with the Dance Tents in full swing from about 7pm. Going on till the early hours for those who can take it. For those of you who like your women with as few clothes as possible we present the Lap Dancing girls in the Adults ONLY Boogie Nights Club form 8pm onwards, the club will also feature its own bar. For anyone thinking of bringing the family along we have a Club style Bar with live music suitable for all age groups.
Saturday the gates are open at 9.30am sharp, with the track open at 10am. Get your Nitrox run tickets early and test your car (and nerves) to the limit. For those who just like to fill the airwaves with as much noise as possible we have the EMMA sound off competition. As well as Meguiar's Show Car Competition to show off if you have a rite nice motor……….. If your car isn’t quite there yet or your looking for that little bit extra, we have a huge ICE Village as well as a vast number of trade stands. You're bound to find what you're looking for. With the Chill Out Tent open all day as well as all night you will have somewhere to grab a drink and relax if all that buying power wears you out.
Both Saturday and Sunday we have 'The Hour of Power'. Bringing you 2 shows a day on the drag strip. Drag Cars, Jet Cars and more… The Wall of Death will astound you. Well worth a visit especially if you haven't seen them before. It's certainly something you wont forget in a hurry. We have a high adrenalin Funfair. We have something for everyone. In the Adult tent from 12 Noon the Lap Dancing girls will be ready and willing to meet you. Why not come along and say Hi. Saturday Night Entertainment kicks off with the Lap Dancers and Dance Tents in full swing at 7pm. We also have a top comedian in the Boogie Nights Club for your enjoyment.
Sunday gates open at 10am, with the track open at 10.30am. (You will probably need a lie-in to recover form the excesses of the night before anyway.) With all competitions winding up on the Sunday there will be prizes and trophies to be given away. If you missed the Lap Dancers this will be your last chance to come and meet them. We might even be able to arrange a photo with the girls; we'll keep you posted on that one.
I'm sure you'll agree there's plenty to keep you busy. Giving you a great reason to go out and buy that tent and get away for the weekend. Official Clubs with more than 5 cars to display will get a show area reserved for their Club to show their cars as they wish. The Club Area will be for official clubs only. Giving you a prime spot in the Event. Obviously the earlier you book the better the area allocated to your club. PLUS..1/2 price Weekend Tickets, that's £15 instead of the usual £30. With any passengers taking advantage of early booking, they too can save on the weekend ticket price. £20, instead of £30 on the gate.
Club Camping.
Clubs will get their own club camping area near to their car show area. This will be segregated from the general camping area. Family camping will also be available, please state this on the booking form should any of your members require it.

Nitrox Street Legal R.W.Y.B Sprint Strip
The Nitrox ¼ Mile Sprint is for Street Legal cars only. Anything that is not Street Legal is by invitation ONLY. Nitrox run tickets are £15 for 4 tickets. One ticket per run. The Track opens at 10am on Saturday & 10.30am on Sunday. All drivers will need to produce their Driving licence and will be required to wear a crash helmet.
Friday Night Cruise
Details will be announced nearer the time.
A brand new competition will have its first showing at this cruise. 'The Burnout Drags'.
EMMA Sound Challenge
EMMA (European Mobile Media Association) is currently running competitions throughout Europe. Our Event marks their UK debut. Classes available from amateur, to multimedia. Whatever your strengths there's bound to be a class to suit you. Just let us know of your interest and we can send you out a form.
Under-lit Car Cruise
Cruise down the drag strip on Saturday night to show off your in-car /under-car lighting to its best advantage.... After Dark!!

Dance Tents
This will be the first time any Event has had 3 Big Top Style Dance Tents. Giving you the choice. Aura Orange will be in the hot seat over the weekend. With all Tents featuring their top DJ's into the night for your entertainment with large screen visuals and laser show. Along for the ride is an array of entertainers, Fire-eaters, Dancers etc. The Main Tent will be the JBL Tent with Uplifting, Trance. Then we have the Drum & Base and finally the Chill out Tent that will be open daily as well as all night. If you want time out to relax, want a soft drink or a coffee, then this is the place you need to be.

Friday Night is the opening night of our on site Lap Dancing Club. Come along and see Jenny, Lisa & Scarlet to name but a few. 20+ sexy Pole/ Lap Dancers for your pleasure. During the day you can come along and meet the girls, maybe have a sexy photo while your there with one or two of the girls. (a small charge is made for this). On Saturday night we have a Top Blue Comedian - Tony De Whore for your enjoyment. That’s if you can tear your eyes away form the half naked girls that is. The club will have its own alcoholic bar, so you wont have to go far for that drink.

For those with families, or those who just like an evening that’s a little quieter we have the Club Style Bar. Playing Live Music into the night. An evening guaranteed to be suitable for all ages. Licensed to sell alcohol so you wont go thirsty.

No Glass bottles of any description. (They will be confiscated)
No Bonfires/Open fires allowed.
No Doughnuts or Burnouts anywhere on site.
No movement of vehicles after dark.
5MPH on site (Except on the track of course)
No loud music.
Instructions given by Event Security MUST be adhered to.
Please be aware of other people and their vehicles. Everyone has come to have a good time and it only takes a few silly people to spoil it for everyone else. Please be aware that motor events may be dangerous. The rules are there for your safety.
The Event organizers reserve the right to eject anyone from the Event who in their opinion is detrimental to the Event or persons therein.
