looking for advice on exchanging to somewhere near plymouth, brixham, torquay any estates i really need to avoid?

North Prospect is an absoulute shit hole, its where those women that filmed there fighting tolders lived! So avoid! An SX wont last 5 mins there without being nicked, torched, keyed or vandalised.

Im not to up on the other places though as i live at home in Cornwall, im sure some of the plymouth locals will be along shortly. :)

newton ferrers has an estate 15 mins from plymouth. and its prob one of the best insurance group areas too
