Focus are phenominally better than Corsa, I'd probably go so far as to say that when it came out the Zetec focus was the most sorted FF car in standard trim I'd driven.
Just be grateful you didn't get the Corsa. The Focus is in a different league :)

Watch it! I've got a corsa 1.2 merit. One of the quickest, best handling motors I've ever driven ;) Second only to my first motor - a Nova 1.2 :D
For a FF car I love driving the Focus, it's really well balanced and you can chuck it in and out of bends like nobodys buisness!!
No comparison with a Corsa. (drove a '51' plate at work -- it had the MOST annoying indicators in the world, "plink plink plink")
Alg;)

I've also driven a Corsa - this one had about 400 Miles on the clock and was the worst piece of sh*t ever. Incredibly unstable under braking, ****e ride quality, crappy handling, uncomfortable, ****e rear visibility, the list goes on.
I also drove a Mk5 Fiesta with about 1k miles on the clock and a deisel engine, and was surprised by how OK the car actually was. The engine was actually fine for motorway driving, and it went round the corners like f*ck!
We hired a 1.6 Focus in Ireland a couple of years ago and feck me did it handle!! I didnt half try hard to unstick the bugger round damp Irish tight country roads but the car just loved it.
Very very  handling, pity it was sooooo slow though

VFR400 in the pic above, unless I'm mistaken (possibly a RVF400 ?) Lovely bikes...
I use a CBR400RR to commute to London daily, and I love it to bits... even so - it's going soon, and being replaced with something a wee bit bigger (unless Essex Police shaft me royally). Hehehehe

VFR mate. Tis my first bike and I love it :D Feckin brilliant handling and so far nothing has gone wrong with it which makes a change from my old S13. I was looking into getting a CBR400 as they look sweet but this VFR was a bargain and seemed to be cheaper to insure. I'm too young and stoopid to get a bigger bike yet (according to the missus :( ;) ) But my next bike will definately be a GSXR600. Hmmmmmm.
Sorry to hijack your thread tricky! :)

Big bikes are great fun, but need respecting !
All the missus's family are bike nuts, and they are responsible for getting me into it.
The good thing is that I get to pinch there bikes occasionally when they are not using them ! Father in Law has a Repsol Race Rep FireBlade (which I LOVE to use - it's a stunner), and Mother in Law currently has a ZX6R Ninja, after parting with a gorgeous Gauloises Race Rep R6. Father in Law buys and sells a lot of bikes, and also does repairs, rebuilds and resprays.....
I'm not advertising or anything, as he doesn't really do it for anyone but himself, but if you want to see some of our handywork (and if you like nice bikes - you really should check this out) go to the Pics>Other>Bikes and have a look at a small selection of our past and current bikes.......
Cars just don't 'do it' for me anymore, but bikes do.... How strange ! I'm 26 now, and only been riding 2 years.. what a turnaround !

Do u mean check out your site? www.brammers.org.uk ? If so then I can't get on to it through my works internet gateway service but I shall definitely check it out later on - need some new wallpaper for my PCs. Do u use the 400greybike.co.uk forums? Alot of useful info if u need it altho u probably dont with knowing people in the trade. Good site tho - mostly NC30 & NC35 owners but quite a few have CBRs too. :)

Doh..... Forgot to put the link in ! Thank You Bond.............
(also - the site requires the Flash 6 Plugin, but it's free, and very quick to install from www.macromedia.co.uk )
I'll check out that link too Bond - I'm forever forgetting silly stuff like tyre pressures etc etc........ Mind you, I'm hoping to get shot of it within a few months (well, I don't WANT to get rid of it - I'll miss it when I do.... but I have to sell it to make way for a 600 of some description)
Thanks again !
