Help!

Thought I would ask a knowledgable crowd!!

Does anyone know if it is possible to convert japanese displayed ICE to english? ( chip or summat ).
I have recently purchased an import and the whole RADIO/CD/TV/SAT-NAV/AIR-CON control touch screen display is in Jap.
I'm aware that it possible to up the radio frequency to receive UK transmissions, but anyone have any ideas about the display?
The current SAT-NAV reads the correct GPS loc. but is running off of CD-ROMS displaying Japan.
Are there CD-ROMS available for the UK?
TV-PAL conversion??

Granted, I haven't approached the dealer yet, and I'm sure if I give them enough money (god-forbid), they will make everything alright. But I know that you guys are pretty clued up on stuff, so....
