Right thanks to Kakihara's  idea of stealing the NW idea :D List any unusualish tools that you have and would be happy lending out to other members in the area (for that warm fuzzy feeling of helpfulness :ghey: ) if required and also any generic piles of parts that may be of interest...
ie mine:
Manly 1/2 inch socket set
Good angle grinders
Lots of random s13 parts
Small kind of workshop
Rads' 3 leg puller :D
big hammer :smash:
oh and stick in your town, for me Cambridge
cool?
compression tester
Location : 10 minutes (South) from Cambridge
(I've got loads and loads of tools in the garage, but they all belong to my brother and he guards them religiously :smash: )
there are a couple of 200sx tools around my way
;)

.
I've got a garage full of tools from things like brake pipe flare kits to some random spanners that I'm not even sure what they're used for :wack:
Also got useful things like comp tester, torque wrenches etc.
Not overly keen on lending the too much out but dont mind helping people out if they can make it to mine.
In sutton bridge (between kings lynn and holbeach)

I'm Located near March (not far from Peterborough), out in the deepest darkest depths of the fens...
Ever expanding collection of tools, a few parts (I just went and chucked a load of stuff away), and genearal spanner monkey skills available!
I've even got a big drive, reasonabley flat, drive if people are desperate for some space!
