The rear seat thing, It is rare that I fold them down, but it has to be said that when folded they remove a bit of weight. Vertical seats exert more downward force because the energy is focused on a smaller surface area. When horizontal, the weight is spread and so is less per Centimetre squared.
Still a classic

That is great  My seats will now allways be folded down :D
If you sit a little lower and more reclined in your drivers seat, you have the added benefit of less weight and also less wind resistance improving both performance and fuel economy.

some one needs a life lol!
That thread has been refered to how many times since, with a wink or a smile some one when mentioning tuning their car or racing will mention the position their seats were in....
"I was only just gaining on him, but did have a tank full of petrol and the seats were up...."
Have the corsa tuners added anything else to the jargon used on the car forums, or just what that one tit brought up?
Im sure the original thread went on for more than one page though:confused:
Aye it was. People signed up from all over the world for it, and VXR forums had to chop it off to save their bandwidth!
