phoned up my insurance company to add a vauxhall frontera 2.8tdi to my policy for my dad to drive to tow the AE86 to the MoT station
they told me no because my insurance company wont insure it for me because of my age (22) even tough i told them my dad would be driving it, but because it was my policy it was a no go

I was not impressed to say the least

so done a search for day insurance and came across this place

£21 for 2 days cover so £10,50 a day not bad at all

I thought about using them a while ago, but then thought you'd be as well taking out a policy and then cancelling it within the 14 days for your money back. £10/day is £3650/year, £21 gets me 2 weeks of regular cover, and I'm not convinced dayinsure will be great to deal with if you need to claim.

Aye but your old :p Used them plenty times in the past, would have done so again on the Deli-bus for Donny if they covered imports...because Kyraan's insurance jokers wanted £50 for a weekend for me alone :eek:

Besides, £10 a day for 1 or 2 days is a lot less hassle than taking out a new policy, having the funds to pay for it then cancelling it and trying to get money back :nod:
