i recently went to use the jet wash on billacombe rd (a rare thing for me as i prefer hand washing the car). i perceive the one on billacombe rd to be the best one in plymouth anyway, i was nearly done when i hear a crash from the front end and low and behold the big brush full o shit (and its big steel hanger) that i never go near as it wrecks you paint, had fallen from its hook and made a dent on my bonnet!:annoyed: that £3 car wash has since lead to the purchase of a carbon boot boot, bonnet and seats!:eek: i really couldn't be arsed of having more stuff painted so i bit the bullet...


some of the carbon goodness has started to arrive, just waiting on seats and bonnet. teaser pics:)

ps if you use the carwash make sure you check theres no tangles in the water lines above your head

my fault really for not checking all the equipment properly. it was a Sunday no one about and self service. just myself to blame to be fair i reckon. really would have loved it to have been the carwash places fault....if maybe the hook at snapped and then fallen onto the car etc

boot.... pins? the sprayer is redoing the bumper mate. all the rest is now original
