Before i totally knacker up my 200SX on the track, what should i get in the meantime to practise with??
Something rear wheel drive, a decent power to weight ratio, and usefully a good (balanced) front/rear weight distribution too
Cheap and cheerful - Sierra :)
I had a Mondeo TD powered one, then a 5 dr hatch (2.0 DOHC) and now a 2.0 DOHC Saphire
All with Std Cossie Suspension and a Cossie rear diff (LSD)
Not only great fun, but a practical 2nd car - bits are cheap and they also have 4 doors :D :D
You should be able to find a tired Capri or BMW E30 for not much cash? :)
I love drifting my Volvo 940 Estate. It's really balanced and easy to control.
Scares the fook out of other road users as well :D
:D only you would drift a Volvo ;)

Had a hugely entertaining drive back from a party in the New Forest following a fellow party-goer who, although into Capris, had borrowed his Dad's big turbo Volvo...
Best analogy I can think is canal narrowboat, fitted with one an engine from one of those big offshore racing speedboats... I didn't follow close behind him!
Get a 1.7 HLS, that was my first car and what a laugh.
Due to the crap suspension and bendy chassis coupled with tyres thinner than the average pedal cycle it was in a permanent state of drift on alomst any roundabout in the dry:D
Alg;)
