Does anyone have the Japan Contact?

Ive seen a sweet set of rims for sale on the Yahoo Japanese Auctions, and im wondering if anyone has a contact in Japan who can bid on said items.. Im told you have to be a Japanese Resident who has a bank account etc..

Currently, i have one source, but im waiting to see if he can do it for me.. If not, im gonna miss the wheels..

So, can anyone help?
