We have arranged a club stand for the SXOC at JTS,

VERY VERY IMPORTANT FOR ANYONE WITH TRACK TIME AT JTS

It's on Sunday the 3rd June and tickets are £15 on the gate, £12.50 in advance.
Track slots are 15 mins plus a warm up and cool down lap as I understand it, £20 a slot.

Made up of 4 parts
1) A self addressed envelope with sufficient stamps to cover return postage from me to you of the tickets (No SAE no tickets)
2) A cheque payable to "The Organisation (Marketing and Events) Ltd" track time is £20 and tickets are £12.50 (No cheque no tickets)
3) Make sure you include what you want (eg 1 ticket and 1 track slot) and WHAT YOUR BOARD NAME IS in the envelope.
4) Post all of the above to me at the following address:

If for any reason you don't send all the above to me then I'm not going to be able to get you tickets and or track time, this isn't me being a pain. I'm just not in the UK long enough to follow up any mistakes when I get back which will jeaperdise everyone elses tickets and that isn't fair to anyone else :no:.
I will need to have your orders by Wednesday 16th May, any late arrivals won't get tickets (again because there isn't enough time for me to get the order into JTS, JTS to get the tickets back to me and me to repackage themto get them out to you, harsh but there's no other way :no:

There's space for you on track as we can book up to 25 at present, there's a reasonably good chance I can get a bigger stand slot.
I'll add this now as there's but such a great response......

No stand space needed for me as Ill be in the pits/paddock area :D

The circuit is going to be the "National Circuit": (1.64miles) i.e. Paddock then:
Copse Corner, Maggots, Club Straight, Brooklands, Luffied 1 & 2, Woodcote,
Pit Straight.
We've got a bigger stand space so keep adding names and I'll see just how far we can take it :nod: :thumbs:
As soon as I get a firm indication of when Japfest tickets are being sent out I'll let you know if I can sort out JTS tickets in between times, deffo by the end of this week :nod: :thumbs:

We have space for 33 cars on track, that'd make it a dedicated SXOC track session so feel free to add your names to the list, I'd prefer to have a full session of just SXOC as we seem to be alot more responsible on track at Japfest and Trax :nod: :thumbs:
I will still be closing the list on Saturday morning first thing as I need time to sort out the tickets and get the cheques off to JTS.
I'll post up instructions for entry and track tickets on here and edit the first thread.
Please read them VERY CAREFULLY, as I'm away for most of this month and haven't got time to correct errors, if you get it wrong you won't be getting tickets through the club (sorry to be so harsh but I have no choice!)

im thinking normal size envlope (1/3 A4 size) and 2 first class stamps will do?
I'd err on the side of caution and use an A5 envelope with a Large Stamp on it, just to be on the safe side :thumbs:

I wasn't sure either whether it needed two on the SAE. So I figured I'd put two on anyway, I mean if you put two engines in a car it makes it faster, so putting two stamps on an envelope...
Arse, i only included one, as i figured the tickes aren't going to be a tonne :( I can put another one in the post though if neccessary :)
Christ, didn't realise the deadline was so soon. Went home at lunch time to get my cheque book, so payment is now in the post :thumbs:

Just to let you all know I'm back in the UK now. I'm off to see my Dad tomorrow (he's just out of hospital :( nothing serious but I'm gonna pop down to Poole to make sure he's ok)

Ball's cars got a misterious misfire, if I don't get it sorted then my track time will be up for grabs I think :(
I would still put the car on the stand though.

not a problem at all, I'm trying to get the dam thing sorted but its a bit allousive at the moment as to what the corse is exactly :( . still got a week and a bit to get it sorted so fingers crossed.

I took this morning off work and picked up the tickets, I've split them all up and posted them all out to you (in the 1st class bag at the post office at 11am) so hopefully they'll be with you tomorrow
In answer to some of your questions.....
Our track time is slot C1 which is 12:00 midday :thumbs:
Our briefing time is 09:30 hours in the IMC, you will need the following....
1) Drivers license
2) Insurance certificate
3) Completed indemnity form DO NOT USE THE ONES I SENT AS THEY HAVE BEEN WITHDRWAN!!!!!
Apparently Silverstone have to have their own forms used so please print and use the .pdf attached :nod: :thumbs: (TBH they both look exactly the same to me but that is what JTS have sent me andthey know best:thumbs: )
Helmets are NOT provided by Silverstone and there is no mention in the briefing pack of them being available to hire so I'll have to assume they're not :no:
Long sleeves and gloves are advised but not mandatory :nod:
There are apparently sighting sessions where THERE WILL BE NO OVERTAKING, if you do you'll get booted off the track :cry:
Passengers over 16 are allowed (I hope your GF is old enough Si ;) :p )
There is no mention of any noise testing or noise limit in the briefing pack and Claire hasn't told me otherwise so I can only assume there isn't one (I've E-mailed her AGAIN to find out for 100% sure :thumbs: )

Right, this really pains me to do this, but I'm currently not very well, and If I'm not 100% I really don't think it'll be wise either from my point of view, or the other people on track's point of view, if i still did this :(
As a result my tickets are now for sale :(

Not really, just needed the brakes bleeding and the dash put back in. But there's no spark so no worky, looks like ignition amp is dead. :(
