VHS to mpeg? Is it possible?

Does anyone know if it is possible to take a VHS video tape and turn it it a mpeg file.

I have a 15 minute car piece I would like converted.

IF anyone has the technology please let me know.

yeah you need a video card with tv input and a fast PC, or a dedicated mpeg encoding card.

Yep, your best bet is to use a miro card to capture. If you send us the tape I can do it for you. PM me tomorrow so I can find out when the kits avilible at wotk

that sounds great. the video is only an old Nissan 1992 100nx "Fastrack" promo video. and is 15 mins long exactly.
