LMAO it is very funny seeing what used to pass for high spec :D

I dont get the significence of the woman in the bottom corner though...

Unless its a staple part of addvertising at that time that all car adds need to have a woman in it some where... :rolleyes:

Euuww I've just notice its got one of em odd gear boxes with 1st of to one side rather than 5th! That would make driving it ocationaly interesting. :eek:

reminds me of car ads today actually... when a dealer has a breeder mobile... and they boast things like "rear wash/wipe", "stereo" and "spare wheel" :D

It's easier to race with a gearbox like that ;) used one of them for a banger race ages ago.

The gearbox I mean not a 200 :D

A dogleg box is excellent! And yes, it is easier to race with those :D They're great on a road car too.

The E28 M5s did as did some of the E28 M535i's. Don't know about any other Ms, I'm only into E28s at the moment :D Hooray for Getrag! :D

I've always wanted an E28. I've had E21s and E30s.. always liked the shark-nose look

Yeah the E30 M3 had those, they only came in LHD as well, so it'd be even more confusing! :)
