well it's sunday and it'll be sunny and pubs will be open for a beer/shandy etc etc and the cars will look great in't sun:wack: To be honest, I'm not thinking of it as a meet as such, just somewhere to go on sunday in the sunshine meet some peeps and have a quick beer on the terrace:cool:

erm... 225 40 18 on 8.5 inch and 255 35 18 on 9.5 inch. I used to run 235's and 265s on 8's & 9's. 235 up front tram-lines too much and rubs the liner, 265s were ok but the 255s fitted better on the 9 inch rims. Now they're swapped over to my 9.5 inch rims but I might go to 265s when i replace them. Sticking with 225s up front though:nod:

Sounds good to me:nod: morrisons will be good to meet but its a pain in the arse to get out of especially if were trying to convoy:annoyed:

I'll have a think of somewhere to meet and also somewhere where we could park up.
It was manic down the sea front last w.end but it was bank holiday so hopefully the traffic wont be so bad.:)

Hmm i wanna go.. But on the way over to chelt today my car decided to develop a nasty misfire!!! im hoping its summit simple like a coil pack! But hey u never know.. Knowin my luck it will be summit complex and expensive!!! Fingers crossed for the coil pack!!

Is there gona be a convoy to W-S-M or we just meeting there? I had a mate who went to a vauxhall vectra meet at weston and they went in convoy... they had 25 cars in the convoy and they asked if they could put all their cars on the beach and they allowed them to for 30mins so they got a massive photo shoot! apparantly it was a really good!

Or AFM. Mine died (or got so dirty it was shite).

I have a spare AFM and a set of spare coil packs if you want to try them and rule a couple of things out mate.

pizza hut :D much more civilised. i parked on the beach last summer with no problems. The sand at the end of the beach is pretty solid opposite end to the marine lake.

Pizza hut is very easy to find. Its on the same complex as maccy d's. Basically as you come to the first roundabout in Weston from the duels its up to your left. Its plainly in sight.

My car developed a couple of "noises" I'm not happy with on the way back from Longwell today so I'll have to have a look at it tomorrow morning, hopefully I can get it sorted though as I think I know what they are caused by...

thats nothing i had a boost hose come off as i left the motorway :wack: had to slowly drive to the nearest garage to get a screwdriver. Bodged it and got another mile before it came off again. slow drive again to the next garage to get a socket to tighten the fcuker right up :rolleyes:

I'd do it again. Weston is better than longwell for me.

Could even head towards uphill beach. Its rock hard so none of the cars should have a prob..
