Shame. Can't you shoot yourself in the foot? (Didn't they do that in the war?)


Make sure it's not the clutch foot though, then use a big pole for the accelerator :)

always my luck, i got that day off, bt my new S14 standard, and i dont think i can swap over and adjust my coilover and bits and bobs on time.. and afford an HICAS locking device in time:( damn HICAS:annoyed:

will there be more in the furture:confused:

open diff will only spin one wheel. if you weld the diff you prevent doing that and its easier to get sideways and hold it:).

only on a 13 though, as 14 have the viscous(sp) diff.

Viscous LSD. it uses a goopy gunge type 'fluid' in the diff pumpkin to lock the wheels to gether. Only problem is that as it heats up (when drifting etc) it opens up so it becomes like a shitty old S13 open diff :wack:

Oh and the later S13s had the viscous LSD as std. it was optional on the prefacelifts :wack:

oh dear, im buying a facelift this weekend.

what do you suggest which is better for practising drifting? welded or VLSD?:thumbs:
