I was hitting 254 at 12psi im now running 18psi but dont know exactley what bhp I have, been trying all day to get sorted with SE for there stage 2 chip, I intend to get up to around 300bhp and then thats it cos it's getting silly and its getting expensive.
PS 180 isnt piddly you could be driving a 100 bhp mondeo or something http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/frown.gif

Yeh thats why I thought I'd start the thread.
Some of the S14 boys must be pushing the 300bhp mark?I've owned a few 250bhp cars but they weren't Nissans http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/smile.gif

Bellies gonna get ya, sod it in the name of science and without my misses knowing I've decied to go the full monty, forged pistons etc, have a bit of cash stashed away, what better way of spending it than a 300bhp+ motor. Why do I know Im gonna regret this? dont tell her that the honeymoon has to downgrade in the name of the motor, she'll have me nadds off. Damn it, it's all your faults you bastids, I keep being tempted with stories of untold power.

Oh I must learn how to handle it 1st, santa pod showed my lack of clutch control, hemmmer it hammer it hammer it owww he's getting away from me! lets try traction for a change. doesnt matter how much power you have it's driver control at the end of the day. oh great steve (feel the force) teach me the way of the jedi, teach me how the clutch works. better still how's this bloody traction control turn on?

I've just bought my mota, but Sparky (previous owner) said the Silvia Engineering R/R the car and it was pushing 252 BHP. I wanna get this done myself just to be sure.

See the sig for details

Hopefully gonna get the mota re-rr'd in the next couple of weeks, now that it's running sweet.

I'll post the results when it's done.

One of the most powerful cars is probably owned by Nismo_jai. He must be putting out around 330bhp?

JohnD76 & Ross must be close on 300bhp as well!

spoke to the seller of the s13 im looking at on sunday and he told me that simon norris has r/r it and they could get 326bhp, but apparently it peaks at the end of the graph, and after three attempts with three blokes in the boot, it kept coming off, apparently very high torque!, simon n reckons it could be up to 350bhp!!!! :D :D :D

I have a Greddy E-manage on the way and think when properly set up it should be pushing out around 280 bhp if the turbo was OK. But its not, so getting a nice Greddy turbo soon instead :D

Thats a lot of hp for not many engine mods. To get that u would at least need an FMIC I would think. I would have thought it was more like 205-215bhp. But then I could be wrong. :)

Sorry Geeza, but I think 254 is being a bit optimistic.

My car is completely tuned by SE and engine has had more done oln it than what Sparky had and I recon it's no more than 230 (Prolly 220) maybe even less

But then again, the rolling road that SE use is known to read high.

Has it had an FMIC installed yet?

My Engine Mods are:-

SE Induction
SE Exhaust
SE Ported and Polished Cylinder Head
SE T28 Hybrid Turbo at 15PSI
SE Fuel Pump
SE CHIP

Major Mods planned for september ;)

Papa Lazarou

You would be pushing out more than 230 with a Hybrid T28 at 15 psi, I would have thought. S14's are getting those sort of figures with standard T28 at standard boost and a standard wing mount IC. Unless your talking at the wheels figures, that is.

I thought original turbo could only produce something like 240hv. And that would be the absolut max. More likely to get 230 or less.
