Saw the car advertised in a freesheet this morning for £25. Went round and bought it after haggling the price down to £5   (it's all the cash I had with me).

It's RWD, drifts with ease, a 98 R in metallic blue in really good condition and will make the ideal birthday present for my dad :D

Parkers describe it thus:
These fibreglass bodied cars avoid a one star rating only because they don't rust and are cheap to run. Cramped, noisy and feels unstable in certain conditions..

That'll teach him to keep calling the 200 a Prelude :D :D

I have NO idea at all...
I'm guessing that it has to be some kind of model...
Oh no..
You haven't...

It's not a Robin Reliant, is it?

Full marks, a shiny Reliant Robin with an immaculate exterior but a knackered engine.

Dad's gonna love it :D

This may be so but a Robin is a testament to the greatness that is the British motor industry. Who else but the British could have thought of making a car with one wheel missing.

After chugging around in it all afternoon (well it had to be done) I can confirm that the British motor industry deserved to go down the spout

They're still doing it, just seems people in Worcestershire could be a little "backward"..

Grinnall Scorpion anyone?

A nice car I think, with the missing wheel at the back, NOT the front so that stability isn't affected.

a great way to double the power is cut a hole in the floor panel and use your feet !

Fit a bigger engine in it, something like an old ford X flow then go out and blast all the boy racers in it :D :D :D

I bought that on DVD from play.com only £4.99. Which would double the price of his Robin, just to find out how to roll it LOL!
