hi guys i have purchause my s14 leather which will be going in tomorrow (in my s130).they not yet been in due to welding for mot but i checked on here any you reccomended sxoc faq that helped but it says there well easy to fit fronts straight in and the rear needs a lil :smash: with hammer all good.but the guide says 3hrs this sounds abit ott surley/any instilation pics ?

the s14 rears are not as wide so you have a gap,meaning you have to adjust the catches on the rear as they don't meet.also iirc i drilled a couple of holes to hold the rear of the base as well:) not to bad but i'd allow that time to do it

fitted the seats now guys the back a bit of a pain to do aint it,but do able :thumbs:
as for the fronts drop straight in,with regards to the gaps on the rear is it really worth covering some sponge? i mean really its like mm.
any way pics show results im well happy

It's not to tricky really is it in the end, I extended the pivots out and up and moved the catched and to be honest the gap doesn't show that much.

When i fitted the cream leathers to mine i had a look on here and someone has nicely given some measurements to make up some L-plates to link the hinges in their normal position to the back section, then i just bent the catch loops into the correct position.
As said you don't really notice the extra gap on the back.
