Hope you guys had a good christmas, I like many am back a work now, but work sorted me a type-r for hoilday. Read this for reason! (http://www.sxoc.com/vbb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=27327)

So I guess you want to know how GOOD is was, well I love my 200, the s14a are so understated and fast... but down backrounds it just wouldn't come near to the accord type-r. It's got the be fast point to point car i've ever driven... and yes before you say anthing I've also diven those unamed jap 4-wheel drive monster!

The type-r was just so composed, I nailed it all the way home, kept on pushing it, it just went faster:eek:   To put it in perspective there was one section of my journey from mansfield to newark, now if anyone has driven that road you'll know what I am talking about, it's really nice road mixed up with straight, sweeping courners hairpin bends etc

The TYPE-R was almost 15minutes faster than my 200

Bascally from what I've seen over the past couple of days if any of you guys have to change your 200 for four doors.. the only way is TYPE-R you won't be disapointed!

Did it not scrabble tho? And is the engine not a bit peaky? Genuinely interested to know if the usual VTEC bashing (for those 2 reasons) is actually valid!?

BTW are you from newark then m8? Newark is my home from home (lots of pubs) :D

How much of those 15 min do we have to substract 'cause you had no regret with the car and cained it twice as hard as your own?;)

Firstly there was no scrabble at all, it just gripped the road. VTEC is actually quite nice, in town it's dead easy to drive, but once you open it up it really goes and goes.

I actually live in mansfield now, I shouldn't really say that thou. But I spend alot of time driving back to peterboghorror.

As for the time, the time in the 200 was when I was proper caining it get to my grandad who had been taken into hospital :(

So Ithink it was a fair comparison between the two as I was pushing each to the limit!

Si :)

Oh yeah MPG is quite good considering it got MICHEL CAINNED :D :D :D Got about 27 to the gallon, not bad for a red car constantly on the red line!
