tv tuners.. like what you get in the small lcd pocket tv's but without the screen...... me chrissy pressy will take feed from a camcrder just wondered if you could get a tuner so's i can watch telly at work as well as dvd's......

Pc tv card is the only real option as stand alone tv tuners are expensive.

There is the 'Pro V' device, TV tuner in it's own box which outputs to a VGA monitor at up to 1024*768 non-interlaced. £150 ish

the argos lot is just ariels and stuff mate, thanks anyway.
up to 1024*768 non-interlaced. whats this all about then, does that mean it would plug into a 5" lcd screen, any more info gratefully received...

If you try ringing up a few I.C.E companies you should be able to get hold of separate TV tuners, coz ive been looking for em for when i get my roof mounted 7" screen

bugger, read the instructions propper last night, she opted for the slightly cheaper model, means i got no vid input, cant even play me 64 thru it, just have to stick to dvd's and the like... thanks anyway......
