There's a house I'm thinking about putting an offer in for but it needs alot of refurbishment. Its only currently only got a crappy water heater and a couple of electric heaters downstairs.

I think it'll need 5 radiators (two rooms upstairs, kitchen, living room, and possibily one for the hall), and I've been told a combi-boiler would be best.

Does anybody know how much this lot will cost to get installed roughly (its a semi-detached), and how big a job it is?

BTW Don't tell me I should not bother with the house and buy a skyline instead, I this is what a should do but I need a driveway for my constantly broken 200 :(

Any advise greatly appreciated :)

you could try doing it yourself, well most of it that is, save yourself a fortune, there are a few online stores that do good deals on rads, bout 50 quid each for big ones, smaller ones obviously cheaper down to about 27 quid, plumbing is easy just get a pro to fit the boiler, yes you are right combi is the way to go. decent one prolly set u back about a grand.
