Chepstow Drift Day - 3rd March

Couldn't see a thread anywhere in here for the above date :(

Just letting everyone know that my mate is a mobile tyre fitter and I've convinced him to come along tomorrow :thumbs: It was a bit late to sort out tyres in the right sizes etc, so we'll just be changing tyres tomorrow. Feel free to come over and have a chat etc if you want any info regarding part worns, new tyres, prices etc.


So, if anyone wants/needs tyres fitted before/during/after the event then consider it done :D

I've also got him on the look out for part worns etc but the right sizes are proving a touch harder to come by :(

been speaking to john quite alot. he has sorted me out redy for tommorow which is great, top bloke too.

If anyone wants any non-road legal 205/50/16's or 195/60/15's (i.e standard S14/S13) tyres to drift into oblivion let me know asap as I have a pile and they all have to go by Monday.

Gotta run, off out and didnt have time to edit it, this is the main shots we got from the best vantage point.

I found myself going quickers and quicker into the top bend, it was a great day, plenty of popped tyres and loads of camakazi action :D

Well I sat around waiting for a phonecall from the sandblaster... it never rang. So tomorrow its for the return of the R324 shell!

funny u say that. the vid was took mid afternoon. by 4pm one of the pro's was making us match his skid marks from where he was lopping his handbrake on that big bottom turn. it wasnt quite 100metres, but long enough that it took a good few attempts to master. once mastered it was amazing. :D

They will be on cam next time.

Off topic, just had a guy in a supercharged rangerover (black) come at me with a bat at the lights by my house cos i done him on the dual carriageway. I was already on my way before i realised he was out of his car :eek:
