Have to have a winge about it!! Asked my nealy sixteen year old daughter what she wanted for Christmass the other day and she replyd , a midi stereo! so off to retail park to look in Commet and Currys, found her one in Currys for about £70, (not going to spend a lot on one cos she will kill it in about three months anyway! one volume setting LOUD!:eek: ) got home with it, took it out the car and turned to put it on the wall, and big shout of PAIN!! backs gone!!:mad: :( so thats me laid up in agony!
her mother rings up next day(they don't live with me i might add)
and says you havent brought her a stereo have you? cos i brought her one in August so you will have to take yours back!!!:mad: :mad: so i ask the misses to return it and guess what! they only accept returns if they are faulty! and cos the wife checked it ie opend it they whernt going to take it back!!!:mad: so after lots of phone calls, threats and calls to head office! they aggreee to take it back but charge me 10%!!:eek: :mad: this company has realy pissd me off and iv'e vowed never to shop there again!:mad: and the realy annoying part was i could do very little about it cos i was flat on my back for four days! it's only now that i can sit at the PC! loaded with pleanty of pain killers of corse! mind you i did have the cosolation of sending a mate of mine with my wife to get the refund, who is 6' 7 and 300lbs!:eek: wish i could have seen the clerks face!!:D
