How Often Do You Want Meets?

I was thinking about organising something on a monthly basis to cover each area with a decent population of SX owners but with all the summer events coming up, I was thinking that it might be better to arrange them on the fly according to demand.

Sorry, back on topic.. either suits us - ad hoc or planned. I suppose with planned most people will remember it’s the (eg) third Sunday of the month… or third Thursday evening in the month… Weekday evenings probably suit us better, but then that only works when the weather gets a bit nicer and the evenings longer :nod:

we could set a regular day each month, but when the show season starts we can rearrange or cancel for those that clash!!!

i reckon once a month is good not too often not too rare i wud say its a good inbetween sommit like 2nd satuarday of the month for eg??????
just a suggestion :D
