Yet another rant from me, but this board is a good forum to vent my spleen....
The Lord Justice has announced that non-violent burglars will no longer recieve a prison sentance, as the prisons are so over crowded, instead they will serve a community service sentance.
Fcuking great, some scroat breaks into my house, he gets caught and gets a slapped wrist, and is free to carry on their personal crime spree. I catch him in the act and defend my wife/property and get slapped in jail with assault/GBH/ABH/murder.
I hate this country so much.:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:
Unbelievable, they will probably get a three week holiday in the Bahamas to help rehabiltate them, should string em up theiving B*****d's

Well I think its great !!!! :D .... now I can start a life of crime, knowing full well IF I get caught I will get away with it ...... sure I will get caught eventually ... but if I can do 15 houses over in that time ... think of the money I can make ....... whooo hoooo ....... The legal system is a bloody joke.
I know you can get b*ll*cked for giving them a good hiding when their nicking your stuff but what happens if you've got a couple of big ol' hounds that attack them?

actually they send crims to tenerife so that they can break into my parents' apartment to steal stuff. :rolleyes:
wait til the first time offender burgles a judge's house. see what happens then :D

obviously the lord chancellor hasnt been burgled recently. there is another way to make room in jails for these thieving little bas*&ards is to execute all the perverts and murderers and give them those cells. i am lucky that i havent been burgled yet but i know people who have. my dogs bark at anything that comes near the house, it can get on your nerves but its the best deterrent that i know of.

Surely though if you've got signs up - beware the dog etc, and they enter your property unlawfully then surely they are putting themselves at risk and therefore not you or your dogs fault??
They still probably manage to sue you for harm to them. And the fact that they lost money because they dropped your TV when your dog bit them.

Shame you cant put a sign up that says

Well our justice system is worrying me as I have taken a used car dealer to court over a fooked car, and have about 10 times more evidence than is needed to prove that he's brocken the law and is legally required to refund me and take it back.
However, on the court forms he's put in a counterclaim for money as the judge sees fit for recieving a torrent of abuse on 2 phone calls (lies).
I wouldn't be surprised if he awards me no money, and tells me to give the dealer a grand! :mad: :mad: :mad: I will of course post the result wahen it happens as it will be useful info for everyone, along with exactily how I dealt with the case at every stage.
I think its time for one us to go to this garrage to test drive one of his cars ... and accidently reverse it into 5 or 6 others.

no need for dog... if you break into my house you will fall over the dumbell weights just by the patio door and then realise there might be a meat-head in residence. alternatively if you peak through the front window that i usually leave uncurtained you will see me practicing sword play with bokken. better than an empty fake alarm box on your external wall :D
martin, can that guy prove you made the calls? just deny it, or threaten to tell the court that he phoned you in the middle of the night and threatened you with bodily harm unless you pulled the claim. might as well play a lie against his lie. see how he feels. hope he burns. all the best.
