Can anyone recommend a decent place to buy one and get it fitted near Bristol?

How much should I be looking to pay for a reasonable system?

A mate recently had one fitted by a company who advertise in the trade it, i think it was on the front cover of the motors section, he came out to work and fitted it on site.

I think it was a toad cat 1 alarm all in fitted for £190.

karman autocare off coronation road apparently does cat1 alarms, that's where I get my mot's done and he mentioned it to me before. friendly place and usually fairly priced

got a toad AI606 supplyed and fitted for £299 at sextons (in swindon tho)

There is a sextons in Bristol, my mate Steve is the fitter there. Did my alarm on the side a little while ago.

Good bloke and really knows his stuff. Worth paying the little bit extra and going to sextons IMO.:Plug:

Or I could have a word see if he has any free time and he can do it a little cheaper outside of work (he has a contract with the supplier for his own business on the side).
