Its a bullet cam from Maplins which records straight to a media player (I use my laptop). Doesn't stand out like a camcorder would, and gives good quality footage day and night. Cost was around £60.

Stuck onto the side of the car with a sucker mount also from Maplins. You can see it here, along with a bracket that I McGyvered to hold a camcorder. The sucker mounts are strong and hold the camera well. Cost was around £7.50

17 miles in 33 hours and sidways most of it. today was my first time in the snow with my car. (my last car was a 1.4 rover :P, so that was a leaning curve) some of the most fun i had today :P

I left Llandeilo at 10:45am, laughed at the shit driving on the way home for a while, then got annoyed at the queues. No car was getting up Cross Hands hill so it was the A48, Llanelli then home, but Llanelli,even though it was clear,was dawdling along so I took the Trimsaran rood and came into burry port over the mountain, followed strangely by my brother. Got home 3 and a quarter hours later.

I have found that a Citroen ZX TD is a very good car in the snow.
