Youre going to run slicks at Elvington? Im going on the chepaest crappiest tyres I can get. In Febuary. In damp and slippy conditions. In a 500bhp rwd car :wack:

Should be HUGE fun :D :D

If its dry then i will be running my slicks yeah  there a lot cheaper than road tyres :wack:

if its not dry though i have numerous options to try out, my 265 falkens on the back and something else on the front (its got kumho trakday tyres on the front at then moment  not great in the wet) ive got 4 s14 wheels with p6000's on that can go on the back and get destroyed, i could have my 265/18's on the front and 205/16 on the back, that would make for interesting handling :D

im hoping though fingers crossed it will be dry as i wont to get a feel for the cars limits and be able to push it hard in the dry to give me some confidence in it  , it was dry at elvington last february so fingers crossed

ben, as nike say, JUST DO IT ;)

carl just tell work your going to be sick that day :smash:

are you 4or5 stud?

between me and ben (jrtuning ben not G20 ben) we have numerous standard s13/s14 wheels you could borrow for the day and destroy the tyres  i wont helpo you pay for the actual trackday though im not that generous :wack:

215/35/18 - Four stud Im afraid :(

Thanks anyway though lads, appreciate the offer. Just been quoted £139 a corner for Pirelli P-Zeros, or £109 for budget tyres.

Elvingtons not the place for that kind of rubber  , stick some standard wheels on for max fun factor :)
