Sorry to hear about that. :(
I swear the drivers of those farkin offroader things think they can push everyone about. I hope he has to cough up big time
Nevermind mate - knee and whiplash has gotta be at least 6k compo if not more - plenty of modding dosh for the 200!!

bummer :( hope your wife gets better quickly. this is why insurance premiums are horrendous for young drivers... because the ins co's know this sort of thing is more likely to occur!

Hope she's OK mate! she did'nt get the swollen knee from bringing it up sharply into the said young lads nuts by any chance!!:D or will you be doing that later!!:D
Thank you all for your best wishes, can't see me going back to work any time soon. Can't evan get a pair of socks on without help at the moment.
As I got removed from the car (and spent another 2hrs) on a back board did not have the chance to re-arrange the other drivers features, may have been difficult to find him as it was his drive he was turning into and he went straight in doors and didn't even come out to see if I was OK. Still I'M NOT BITTER, I've got a good lawyer and a vengeful nature.
Thanks again

I can't get a pair of socks on without help - I think that's something to do with my diet, though......
Seriously, hope all is well at Caleini Towers and I hope the little f*cker responsible gets staked out naked in the desert for a couple of weeks.
....And to run into the house and HIDE!!! What a soft puff. Hope Plod were understanding....?
When I got hit by a little tw@t in a N*va I thought I'd take the mature view and not get bitter. It's for the best, after all.
But I'm not like that either - I hope he gets hit by a f*cking bus with spikes on the front (and this was 3 years ago last week - BITTER? TOO F*CKING RIGHT!!!!!!).
Me? Back operation.
Him? £50 fine.
CPS? B*stard hopeless (unless you're speeding in the middle of nowhere or you're a burglar who's been giving a damn good thrashing by the house owner).
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.........
PS
My suggestion - wait 6 months and then have the little f*cker 'done'.

er... so he caused an accident that injured someone and technically didn't stop at the scene (well i don't consider it stopping cos if his drive wasn't so close he wouldn't have left his car there would he?)... isn't this illegal?
